We work through 5 phases on our lighting projects:

Concept Design

We produce a concept book based on the vision and design brief from the architects, interior designers and clients. 

Schematic Design

Once a sign off for the concept is received we work through each idea to ensure the lighting is effective and appropriate.

Detail Design

A full set of drawings, details, luminaire and control schedules are issued to enable the contractors to produce the scheme.

Construction

We support the construction teams to interpret and materialise the design. This is done by answering any queries and visiting site whenever necessary.

Completion

Together with the control system  and any bespoke luminaire manufacturer we commission the lighting and focus all fittings as appropriate.

Appointment

On occasions it is only necessary to work on the first 3 phases described above. This can be due to site location or project budget. We then hand over the design to the lead or local design teams to take the design forward.
